To ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative affairs, it is hereby notified that any meeting with the Principal, Teachers, Academic Coordinator, or Administration regarding your son’s/daughter’s academic progress, attendance, fee matters, discipline, or any other institutional issue shall be conducted only after 2:00 PM on working days.
Terms & Conditions:
Prior appointment is mandatory for all meetings.
Appointments must be booked in advance through the Administration Office or Academic Coordinator.
No parent/guardian will be allowed to meet the Principal, teachers, or other officials without a confirmed appointment.
Parents are requested to arrive at the scheduled time to avoid inconvenience.
In case of an emergency, the Administration may reschedule the meeting subject to availability.
This policy has been implemented to ensure uninterrupted academic activities and to provide every parent with adequate time and attention during meetings.
